Refund Policy

At DeGuard, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for our subscription and lifetime plans.

1. Monthly Subscription

  • Refunds are available within 10 days of the initial purchase of your first monthly subscription.

  • Refunds for renewals are not provided. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

2. Annual Subscription

  • Refunds are available within 15 days of the initial purchase of your first annual subscription.

  • After 15 days, all payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds for renewals are not provided. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

3. Lifetime Subscription

  • Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase, provided that the account has not been used extensively (defined as less than 5 total hours of VPN connections).

  • After this period or if the service has been substantially used, all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. NFT-based Subscriptions

  • Refunds are not available for subscriptions purchased in the form of NFTs.

  • Ownership of an NFT is permanent and may be transferred or resold on supported marketplaces where applicable.

5. General Conditions

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through DeGuard. Purchases made via third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play, Telegram Stars, or reseller platforms) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency or digital token as the original payment, minus applicable network or processing fees.

  • DeGuard reserves the right to deny a refund if there is evidence of abuse, excessive usage within the refund window, or violation of our Terms of Service.
